Susan Heffley
Susan Heffley is Greg's mother. She tries hard to be a good, loving, and a dedicated mother and wife, but she constantly makes mistakes. Susan knows very little about modern children and teenagers, and her ignorance always bothers Greg and Rodrick.] She constantly tries to get Greg to enjoy reading in order to pull the family together, and helps Greg and Frank accustom themselves to the music of Rodrick's band, but her pursuits always end in failure.
